What if there’s something I don’t want to talk about?

You are never expected to share something before you're ready. Therapy is not about forcing conversations or pushing past your boundaries. My role is to create a space where trust can develop over time, allowing you to decide what feels safe to explore and when.
What are your session rates?

Individual Session 55 min: $140
Individual Session 75 min: $170
I do offer sliding scale options which we can discuss in our consultation session to see if you qualify.
Do you accept insurance?

How often will we meet and for how long?

Most clients begin with weekly 55-minute sessions. Meeting consistently helps build a strong therapeutic relationship and creates momentum toward your goals.
As therapy progresses, some clients choose to transition to sessions every other week or on an as-needed basis. Together, we'll regularly check in about what's working and adjust the frequency based on your needs, goals, and life circumstances.
